Ingredients
● 1 cup Fjör Classic Skyr
● 1 banana (fresh)
● 1 cup spinach (packed)
● ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh)
● ½ cup mango chunks (fresh)
● 1 teaspoon chia seeds
● ½–1 cup coconut water (adjust for consistency)
● 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
● Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled texture)
Instructions
1. Combine Ingredients
Add Fjör Classic Skyr, banana, spinach, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, and coconut water to a blender.
2. Blend
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker texture.
3. Adjust Consistency
Add more coconut water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
4. Taste and Adjust
Add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie, and blend briefly again.
5. Serve
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
